1、 Overview
This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the national standard gb/t 269-1991. It is a kind of test equipment for measuring the cone penetration performance of lubricating grease.
2、 Performance characteristics
The instrument consists of motor, turbine reducer, eccentric mechanism, working device and base.
Turbine reducer: adopt bidirectional output shaft reducer. A pair of eccentric mechanisms are installed on the turbine shafts at both ends of the reducer.
With counting display function.
3、 Technical parameters
Motor: speed 1400 rpm.
Turbine reducer: transmission ratio 25:1.
Working device speed: 60 times ± 10 times /min for continuous operation.
Working stroke: 67-71mm.
Working noise ≤ 50dB, vibration displacement ≤ 20 μ m. Speed ≤ 0.5mm/s.
