脱蜡部分采用双冷浴结构，溶剂、试样可单独控温。溶剂浴可以放置2个试管，用于冷却溶剂；试样浴有6个浴孔，其中4个用于试样冷却搅拌，2个用于试样抽滤。
脱蜡部分配置试样搅拌器，搅拌速度可调。
脱蜡部分配置过滤系统，采用G3砂芯过滤漏斗，真空泵负压吸提方式过滤试样。
采用PID控温系统，数显温度。
脱蜡部分配置进口压缩机，双压缩机复合制冷，降温速度快。
脱蜡部分控温范围：室温－30℃任意设定
控温精度：±0.5℃
样品处理量：100ml/次
