本仪器主要由控制系统、制冷系统、恒温浴和压力密度计圆筒等组成。
制冷系统采用全封闭进口压缩机制冷。
恒温浴采用不锈钢浴，有机玻璃透明窗，具有美观、透明度好等特点，并且搅拌均匀，控制温度平均。恒温浴两侧采用日光灯照明，浴内光线均匀柔和。
搅拌装置采用电机搅拌，分水板分水，具有搅拌均匀的特点。
电加热管加热，温度控制采用PID调节，采用日本岛电数字表控温电路，控制准确，控温精度高。
压力密度计筒采用硬质玻璃筒及铸铜堵头等装配而成，外围加装安全保护网，保证试验方法的压力要求。
